- Regular orders normally ship in 2-4 business days.
- Rush handling ($12.00) ensures that all in-stock items will ship from our warehouse on the same or next business day.
(Please note: Choosing an expedited shipping method, such as UPS Next-Day, will automatically include rush handling and this fee will be added to your order during checkout, in addition to any shipping charges. Rush orders must be received by noon EST to be shipped same day.) - Please note that while we will do our best to ship packages in a timely manner, Cheng & Tsui is not responsible for delays in delivery that are the fault of the carrier, or due to bad/incomplete addresses.
- UPS does not deliver on weekends or many holidays. An order placed Friday morning with UPS Next-Day Air selected as a carrier will be delivered on Monday, not on Saturday. Second or Third Day UPS orders likewise only count business days.
- A street address is required for UPS delivery - no P.O. boxes, please.
- International customers are responsible for any relevant customs/duty charges incurred.
- For large orders (over 250 lbs), please indicate if you use a freight company for truck shipments, and include your account number with the carrier and the freight company's phone number. If no freight carrier is provided, we will ship UPS.
