Items that are out of stock when ordered are generally put on back order. It can take up to eight weeks to fill back orders as some products are imported from overseas. You may contact us for an estimated due date for a particular out of stock item. Cheng & Tsui ships back ordered items as soon as they are in stock, and you will be billed separately for these items when they ship.
You may contact the Customer Service Department at any time before a back ordered item has been shipped to cancel the order and you will not be charged.
