If you placed your order on Cheng & Tsui website, you may check the status of your order by logging in My Account and clicking on the link at the top of any page on Cheng & Tsui's website. On your Account Dashboard, click the Orders tab and you will find a list of all your orders and their statuses. Please note that due to processing time, it may take up to a day for an order that has shipped to update to that status.
